Many straightforward hotel and cruise bookings do not require a planning fee. Customized and more complex itineraries may involve a professional planning fee based on the amount of research, itinerary development and coordination required.

Any applicable planning fee is discussed with you before we begin, so you will know exactly what to expect.

For many major vacations, starting six to twelve months in advance provides a good balance of availability and choice. Some trips should be planned even earlier, particularly honeymoons, holiday travel, popular cruises, complex international itineraries and travel during major events.

That does not mean you are too late if your trip is closer. We also help with shorter planning windows when availability allows. The best time to contact us is when you are serious about turning the idea into an actual trip.
